Almost everything you need to know about UNITY consortium protocols. This is a living and working group so please feel free to make recommendations or add new guides that may be helpful to other members.
In this workflow, each research site is equipped to manage their own scans and data processing steps autonomously, utilizing a combination of local resources and cloud-based services (like the Flywheel). The Flywheel platform streamlines data handling and analysis, while the community, via platforms like Collective Minds, offers collaborative feedback and guidance. This collaborative model enables research sites to independently run their studies while benefiting from community-driven input and the expertise of collaborators who ensure the quality, accuracy, and broader impact of the research findings. Feedback at all stages of the cycle is welcomed. There is a lot of shared knowledge across the network. Any issues or concerns should be flagged so we can work together to improve the processes and documentation.

Balance recognition of analysis work while acknowledging the data collection teams. Inherent difference between study-specific questions and UNITY consortium questions.
For UNITY consortium questions:
Named authors are individuals who worked and wrote the paper, and those who collected the data.
Data collectors must be involved.
If using a consortium developed MRI sequence or analysis pipeline, author list should include those developers as well as Hyperfine researchers.
All remaining members of the consortium to be included as a Consortium Author.
For Study-Specific questions:
Follow accepted study authorship guidelines established by PI.
If reporting results from a consortium developed MRI sequence or analysis pipeline, author list should include those developers as well as Hyperfine researchers.
If reporting on results obtained using UNITY resources, all remaining members of the consortium to be included as a Consortium Author.
