Dr Patricia is an ECD researcher with extensive experience in working with young children with a particular interest in the impact of early home environments on child outcomes. She provides oversight for the Neuroimaging Project activities and is responsible for the overall scientific integrity, reporting and ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Dr. Margaret Nampijja, a Research Scientist within the ECD unit at APHRC, is a developmental psychologist with a medical background whose research has primarily focused on the impact of disease and adverse social exposures on ECD outcomes. She provides intellectual input and expertise in the implementation of the Neuroimaging Project activities, and supports stakeholder engagement and report writing.
